The NBRC TMC Exam (Therapist Multiple Choice Exam) is the first credentialing examination for respiratory therapists, administered by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). It assesses knowledge, application, and analysis in respiratory care, and successful candidates qualify to become a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or, with a higher score, advance to sit for the Clinical Simulation Exam (CSE) to become a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). The exam is updated regularly, and the 2025–2026 version will reflect current clinical practices, patient care protocols, and advanced respiratory therapy knowledge. “Already graded A” materials usually refer to pre-validated, high-quality test banks, practice questions, and answer sets used by students for preparation.
