emotions play a role in those decisions?
Hello Everybody,
There have been multiple times where I have found myself making decisions that were significant and tough. I will
start of with one of my recent self-debates I had with myself and this was buying a car. Last year I decided it was
time for a new car, so I spent two whole weeks looing for one. It was hard because I am impatient and wanted one
quickly, but I put my emotions aside and did not get ahead of myself. Long story short I ended up finding a car I
love and am glad with the whole process. Another decision moment I experienced was figuring out what to do
after high school. It was scary just because I did not know exactly what I wanted to do or even if I wanted to got to
school. I decided to take it slow and go to a community college and taking two classes. I did that for about two
and a half years until I started work for Grand Canyon. That leads into my next life changing decision, which was
getting a new job. Before my job now I was going to school and working at a retail store. I was getting bored with
my old retail job and was ready for a “Big Person” job. It was nerve racking looking for a new job but yet
rewarding looking back at it now. I would say that all these choices have made me grow and become the person I
am today.
