Interagency Language Rountable (ILR) scale, The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) scale in the United States or the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale in Europe. What is a career portfolio? An organized presentation of an individuals education, work samples and skills . What is government certification? Certification administered by a federal or state government body (As of 2016 only the state of Washington requires this certification). What is professional certification? An exam given by professional body.
