Can't get a hold of the seller. When you purchase the document you do get the info but the download button doesn't work, it goes to a blank screen. It comes up with a screen to check off that you won't sell the info and also select that if you download it you are no longer eligible for a refund. So I acknowledged those but have not had any success on getting it downloaded (tried in 2 different browsers) and I tried to get a refund and it tells me I am not eligible for a refund for "downloading" the material which is not true. Wouldn't recommend if you want to download this document.
