EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The main objective of information technology in strategic planning was to leverage
information technology to attain and achieve future missions and visions of MarkO Ltd. in
ensuring greater achievements toward the firm’s long-term objectives and programs as stayed
by the leadership of the company. The plan of information technology will be explain and
discuss the three-year proposal for MarkO Ltd. taking into concern the areas of application in
information technology, operating systems, hardware, organization, networking and
database ; and finally the capability for this proposal to support the MarkO Ltd. firm’s
initiatives.
The upcoming strategies are the core ideas undertaken to involve strategic thinking,
an examination trends, information technology research and an examination with demands of
both the customers and MarkO Ltd. This plan is established to produce a roadmap of how
resources and information technology be incorporated and prioritized in a period of three
years.
STARATEGIC STATEMENTS OF MISSION, VISION AND HORIZON
Establishment of MarkO Ltd. as an international recognition such that it becomes the
top company which offers cloud services through the entire technological solutions , services
and innovative and proper applications, forms the main mission of information technology. In
addition, the aspect of being on a higher level of performance in building a better
technological infrastructure that will promote many innovative ideas and enable the clients of
the company who are on board and always supports the mission , visions and goals of this
company, forms the main vision of information technology. During the period when the
, department of IT is planning to promote their initiative on business point of reflection, the
world to consider the three year time period; this is designed to map the period starting in
1stDecember 2019 which amounted on 30thNovember 2021, as its main strategic horizon of
time for the processing of strategic support plans in IT.
The strategic plans in IT are always achieved on a short term period in a situation
where MarkO Ltd. company are made to increase the size of clients or speed capabilities and
promote the expansion of services which are used to cut the type of currency; the two years
which are also referred to as medium terms, a place where the MarkO Ltd. company always
consolidate the system of CRM in business. This is important since it can be useful by the
whole company as they implement new products line that always concerned about the
protection of fraud; which entails the growth of application programs of the interface to allow
products of MarkO Ltd. to increase its market viability, the emergence of sales organizations
which are located on middle east part of earth, and increase new customer’s speed. Lastly, the
longer term, always gives a suggestion that the implementation of Customer Intelligence in
