Kunstmatig uitzuigen van de bovenste luchtwegen. Dit is een invasieve en risicovolle handeling.

De elasticiteit van de long is afgenomen. Doordat de longblaasjes samen smelten. Dit komt door de wanden die stuk gaan van de alveoli.

Hoe werkt een hartkatheterisatie?

ook wel coronair angiografie (CAG). Er wordt via een dun hol slangetje en door toediening van contrastvloeistof in uw bloedvaten via doorlichting met röntgentoestel op een beeldscherm gekeken naar de werking van het hart. Hierdoor kunnen vernauwingen in kransslagaders worden opgespoord. De katheter wordt in de lies of arm ingebracht. Duurt ongeveer 30min-1uur.
