These notes cover all the major skills seniors need in English class. They explain how to analyze literature (theme, tone, symbolism, character development), how to write strong essays (thesis, structure, evidence), and the main types of essays you’ll be assigned. They review important literary terms, common grammar issues, and how to use punctuation correctly. They also include quick MLA research rules, reading strategies for tough texts, discussion tips for class, and key vocabulary words. Finally, the notes highlight the kinds of questions teachers frequently ask about literature.
