Socio – educational is of great importance in creating, sustaining, and
attaining all students' educational aspiration. Every student lives and
studies in a particular socio-educational setting. The educant's setting
can either progress, promote and assist students in their educational
endeavour, educationally or socially or entirely ruin it. The socio-
educational environment refers to the social and educational
environment of the learner. This means that the concept can be broken
into two for easy understanding: the social environment and the
educational environment. The social environment includes the
interactions in the family, peer groups, the media, and other Socialization
agencies like the government and its policies regarding education; the
religious bodies and the role they play in enhancing education. The
educational environment refers to the school environment, including the
curricular and co-curricular activities. Each of these environments plays
a vital role in the attainment of students' educational endeavours and
Socialization. Sociopedagogics Studies, the relationship between
education and Society ( Pretorius, 1998) since education is a complex
phenomenon should be viewed from different perspectives. Therefore,
the concepts needed to explain and describe education's phenomenon
explain the essence of the child's socio life, required for excellent social
life and contribution in society. The social relationships are required
through socio-education from interpersonal interaction to internal co-
existence.
1.1.1Section A (Theoretical component)
Introduction
The actualization of a child's social life is needed to be explained
through Sociopedagogical concepts to gain perspective and insight into
the essence of the child's process to reach Socialization. The child is
exposed through the 11 concepts of Sociopedagogics to form or create "
adequate social-communal mobility'.
The social relationship concepts of Socio-Education will be summarised
below are:
