1. Introduction
In this report, I will be writing about the digital marketing campaign across different
social media channels to meet the identified objectives. Then, I will be writing about
the appropriate staffing mix, clear objectives and shared targets, core message,
unique selling point, company image, social media channels, timescales and review
dates, social marketing funnel and social media tools such as social media
measurement, social network aggregation and social media mining.

2. Appropriate staffing mix
In this section, I will be writing about the appropriate staffing mix. It is very important
for a team that is working on a project to have a good mix of skills. These skills could
be from wide variety such as creative, communication, and a good listening with all
these skills being applied, it will lead to a successful project. The team working on
the project of Gateway College would be, first the Project Manager who would
oversee the entire project and manage it. There will be a research team who will
collect data from various sources and identify how they can use the information to
help them better advertise their college. There will be a creative team and designer,
the creative team will find good ideas to make their advertisement stand out to their
audiences, the designer will be the one who will take the ideas and turn it into a real
eye-catching advertisement.

3. Clear objectives and shared targets
The three main objective of this campaign are: first we the Let us Go Social digital
marketing company are asked by Gateway College to move their marketing strategy
into digital marketing to help compete against other colleges within the area, they

, also need us to use social media channels to their advantages and to also make and
save the money of Gateway College. Another objective is making an advertisement
sharing the facilities, communicating with parents, and promoting dates and event to
their audiences. The last object is ensured that the project is finished quickly and
efficiently as they would like to have new students join their college, they would likely
want a time and date of the project completion.
The thing that is expected from me as an employee of Let us Go Social is that the
boss of the company wants me to research and study about digital marketing and
the life cycle that will be included in the project when starting it. I am required to have
the necessary number of skills and knowledge needed to lead and work on the
campaign.
When meeting each of the objective between my team, I will be the one responsible
for it as I am the team leader for this campaign. This means that it is my duty to
oversee the entire team ensuring they are finishing their goals quickly without leaving
anything out, as this could cause errors in the future if not addressed as soon as
possible. The objective which I will be responsible for is to establish the time and
dates to meet the requirements. Also, I will be responsible for other objective
because I will be looking at the other assigned team and what they are doing and,
this means that when the entire project gets finished the other objectives would also
be finished and if it is not then I would need to quickly finish those goals.

4. Core message
In this section, I will be writing about the impact that my campaign is trying to achieve
is to produce a creative and the most eye-catching advertisement which once the
audience looks at, they would want to have their children’s join it. I am making sure
that other aspects do not get in the way of this clear core message by clearly
focusing and double checking each of the tasks being completed and at the end of
the project completion, the review would also make comments ensuring that the
advertisement campaign has not strayed away from its main message of advertising
the college.

5. Unique Selling Point (USP)
From my research, one unique selling point which I would use as a catalyst for my
target audience is the quality and the large college campus and its various facilities
which can be helpful for different student who are looking for different facility such as
sport hall, study area, a field, etc. If we focus on this USP, then the audience will get
captivated by the advertisement and select Gateway College for their children as it
has wide variety of good facility which they can move around in and study and
socialise with their peers. This is a good USP as other college would mainly focus on
their overall achievements such as the exam results this means that focusing on
facility is a unique point to advertise on.

6. Company image
The thing that Gateway College has worked toward for a long time now to maintain a
good image in the society they have developed different types of facility inside
campus such as the mezz, this is an area where students could quietly study or do
other various activity to freshen their minds such as socialising and playing. Another
