1. Introduction
In this report, I will be writing about the meeting the objectives then I will be giving
the rating for each one, 1 is the fully meet, 2 partially met and 3 mean not met the
objective fully. Then, I will be writing advantages and disadvantages of the campaign
for Gateway College. Then, I will be writing about the current procedures and will be
giving the recommendation for Gateway College.
2. Meeting objectives
The first objective is the moving the Gateway College into the digital marketing to
help them to compete with other college around the areas. This involved using the
social media channel to their advantages and ensure less cost effectiveness. I will be
giving rating of 1 which mean it fully met because the campaign was successful
change Gateway College marketing strategy to digital platforms. Then, social media
channel was effectively of using the media channel to them, this allows them to
increase the engagement and visibility. The cost-saving measure the carry out and it
helped the Gateway College to manage the budget without any issues. Another
objective is making an advertisement sharing the facilities, communicating with
parents, and promoting dates and event to their audiences. I will be giving the rating
of the 2 which mean that it partially met because while doing the advertisement, it
was successfully but there were some challenges with the communicating with
parents and the advertisement were successfully good but there is need to improve
the maintaining regular communication with the parent community. Last objective is
the project is finished quickly and efficiently as they would like to have new students
join their college, they would want a time and date of the project completion. I will be
giving the rating of 1 which mean that it is fully met the objective because the project
was the completed within the time given and meeting the all the deadline. This help
Gateway College to attract new student as planned to the college.

, 3. Advantages of the campaign of Gateway College
By this campaign, it will bring more students application of the students including
new students as well as Gateway College students. Gateway College used digital
marketing technique for example advertisement, social media promotions and other
interaction. These campaign which was organised by Gateway College will make
sure that student who just completed their secondary qualification and passed their
GCSE are well informed about their options. “Apply Now” will also encourage more
students to apply in Gateway College.
With the help of good advertisement will make the college well known in educational
fields. Good structure, eye catching, and well-planned ads will help college to attract
more students to study in Gateway College. Showing students achievement and
telling stories on social media by Gateway College will show that how well is
Gateway College is when it comes to students’ educations. Strong brand will not only
popularize students now but will continue to popularize more in the future. Good
structure of advertisement at the proper time will popularize Gateway College in the
city.
The campaign runs in such a well-ordered way that ads will be on time and suitable.
The creation of timetables and designated roles guarantee that the marketing
process is done correctly and with maximum efficiency. This well-ordered way of
approaching marketing allows Gateway College to utilize its resources in the best
way to target a broader audience. Furthermore, with the ever-changing digital
landscape, future campaigns will have this one to use as a foundation to expand
upon for better advertising down the line.
4. Disadvantages of the campaign of Gateway
College
As any academic year starts, not just Gateway College but many colleges use an
online advertisement to attract the students which will make hard for the Gateway
College to stand out in the market. Because many colleges are doing the similar
things advertisement, Gateway College staff and other members should come with
unique technique to show that why Gateway College education is different and
enjoying while studying.
Also, Advertising online will cost money, and the expanses can add up quickly. As
Gateway College uses Facebook, as online social media platform can charge a
college to show their ads to the potential students. The cost of these advertisement
might be much expansive for the Gateway College. Gateway College should carry
out research for advertisement and have a plan the expenditure wisely and use free
methods of communicating with the people, like posting on their social media and
telling the stories of the students. Otherwise, advertisement will be far more than its
expectation. Also, not certain fully that after these advertisements, students will
come to Gateway College for studying there, rather they might go to any other
college too.
