implementation of the Good Behavior Game on disruptive behavior (Foley et al., 2019).

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of the Good Behavior Game on preschoolers'

Question 4

Not yet graded / 1 pts

How were data collected on the dependent variable? Were the data collected on the dependent variable
reliable? Why or why not?

Your Answer:

Data was collected on the dependent variable (disruptive behavior) using a frequency method. In other
words, the number of instances of disruptive behavior was collected. It is important to note that the
graphs in the article illustrate the data in rate, not frequency.

The data is linked to the interobserver agreement. The data is reliable based on the IOA scores
obtained--93% for all three teams.

Frequency data were collected on disruptive behavior using paper and pencil data collection methods.
The duration of each session was also recorded with a timer and rate was calculated. Reliability of the
system was determined by collecting IOA data. Per the article, mean IOA was above 90% across teams
and target behaviors.

Question 5

Not yet graded / 1 pts

What was the independent variable(s) of the study?

Your Answer:

is the independent variable.
