SUSTAINABILITY AND GREED (SUS1501)
ASSIGNMENT 7 (1st SEMESTER)
After doing my own ecological footprint I was shocked that it was 3.1 Earths! I
know that I travel a lot and I believe it is all to do with the fast paced lifestyle
that I am living. As if life is not hard enough now I have to worry about my
ecological footprint as well…
Looking back at assignment 6 I was very strong for the option of saving the
rhino as it is the right thing to do. Looking at the bigger picture in saving our
home and earth I do not think I personally am doing the right thing. What I am
saying and believing in is not what I am currently doing. I do believe in doing
well, I believe in the greater good for everyone but looking at the 3.1 earths
that I need I am clearly not trying hard enough to do good at all. I still believe
in doing the right thing as in assignment 6.
