Introduction
The main purpose of Assignment 2 was to help me understand how information and
communication technology can be used meaningfully in teaching and learning. The
assignment required me to combine lesson planning, digital content creation,

Learning Experiences
One of the main lessons I gained from this assignment was that technology should
not be included in a lesson simply because it is available. It must have a clear
purpose and help learners achieve the lesson objectives. Before completing the
assignment, I sometimes viewed educational technology as a way of making lessons
look modern or interesting. However, I learned that effective ICT integration requires
careful planning, clear instructions and a strong connection between the technology,
the learning content and the expected learner achievement.
The process of writing objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy improved my lesson-
planning skills. I had to select suitable action words and ensure that every objective
could be observed and assessed. I also learned that lesson objectives guide the
