organisation.
1. Operational (Lower-Level) Management

strategic goals from top management into specific plans and oversee their

3. Top (Strategic) Management
This level includes executives such as CEOs, CFOs, and board members. They
are responsible for setting the overall direction, strategic goals, and policies of
the organisation.
