Drowning Arrest - In Water: Start rescue breathing/ventulations
Out of water: Begin CPR, dry PT and apply AED/Defib pads and check rhythm

Best practice for peds on ventilator - Use caregivers as reference
Peds PT's on ventilator with DIB - Disconnect ventilator and give high flow o2 via BVM
