Criteria Task
A1. Student- Overview: This assignment is a 5-question multiple choice
facing instructions test. This test is closed book, meaning no resources or
scratch paper are allowed to be used during. This quiz is
not graded, however will be given 5 points for
participation once it is marked as complete. This test is
being used as a guide to decipher how the student
learning objectives and course objectives are being met.
The student will be given 25 minutes to complete this
test. Each question has only 1 correct best answer. Once
you begin the following question, you will be unable to
return to previous questions. Please read each question
and answer fully and carefully before moving on. This test
will be complete in the classroom setting with the use of
the student’s laptops, opening at 8:00 am on Monday,
August 21, and closing at 9:00 am on Monday, August 21.
You will utilize the lockdown browser on your laptop.
If more than 2 questions are missed, students will have to
schedule a time to meet with the course instructor to
develop a course feedback plan to promote academic
excellence and enhance student learning.
Instructions:
1. Log into Examify, where the test is located.
2. Follow the steps to download the test for the BSN
Community Health Nursing Test. Examify will lock
down your browser at this point.
3. Enter the given password (your nursing instructor
will write this password on the whiteboard to only
be utilized in the classroom setting). This password
will be inactive upon the test closing.
4. Click begin once you are ready.
5. Read each question carefully and select 1
answer that you find to be the best answer.
6. Once you have navigated through all the
questions, hit complete. You will not be able to
view the correct answers until the test is closed.
7. Close your laptop once complete and stay seated
until instructed otherwise. If there are any
questions during the assessment, please quietly
raise your hand and do not leave your seat without
permission.
