1. TERMS OF REFERENCE
This report was commissioned on 30 September 2025 by Ms Tancred, the Chairperson
of the Civic Organisation in Soshangana Township, Bakwena Municipality. The purpose
of the investigation is to explore possible ways to ensure adequate and consistent water
supply in the township. The report is compiled by [Your Name], a community liaison
