1.2.1. Student Teams Achievement division (STAD)
I will implement this cooperative through presenting new academic content to my
learners each an every week through presentation to learners.
I will group the learners into 4 members, of which each of them will be
representing his/her group.
Tell each teach to use a work sheet to master the content, then they help each
other to master the content through tutoring.
Then I give rewards to learners by awarding scores to individuals based on the
degree to which the score exceeds past performance.
Team members use worksheets or other study devices to master the
content and then help one another to learn the content by tutoring,
quizzing one another or carrying on team discussions.
Individually learners take weekly or bi-weekly quizzes on the content.
