, Summary
◦ Paris and friar Laurence meet in to discuss the upcoming marriage of
Paris and Juliet, and takes advice from the friar, he explains the
situation of Juliet and how sad and unbalanced is she about Tybalt’s
death, but he believes that the hasty of the marriage will provide her
the love and understanding that she needs to be able to heal and stats
recovering from his death. the friar in return clarifies that he doesn’t
approve on the hurry of the marriage. Meanwhile Juliet enters, Paris
welcomes and greets her lovingly and called her “his wife”, she
doesn’t like it and starts to turn his own words down. The friar then
insists on Paris to leave, Paris kisses Juliet and leaves them alone.
Juliet starts complaining about her grief about the wedding. friar tells
her that he can't do anything to help. She then pulls out a knife
indicating that she would rather kill herself and not marry Paris .
