de-escalate a given situation.
Keys to setting limits - ANSBe simple/clear; reasonable; and enforceable
Nonviolent Physical Crisis Intervention - ANSSafe, non-harmful control and restraint
positions used to safely control an individual until he can regain control of his behavior.
These techniques should be used as a last resort.

uses.
