PART 2: ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS
1. REFLECTION ON ASSESSMENT 2 AND 3 (14 Marks)
Reflection on Assessment 2 (5 marks)
During Assessment 2, I learnt a lot about ethics in the workplace. I now understand
what ethical behaviour looks like in a professional environment and how important it is
for organisations to have strong values and principles. I also realised that when
employees act ethically, they build trust, not just with each other, but also with
management and customers. This made me think more about how I should act when I
am working with others and how my decisions can impact the whole team.
Reflection on Assessment 3 (5 marks)
In Assessment 3, I learnt about different forms of conflict that can happen at work and
how they should be handled. Before, I used to think conflict was always a bad thing, but
I learnt that if handled well, it can actually lead to positive changes. I also found out that
communication plays a big role in solving conflicts. I gained knowledge on how to listen
better and how to respond without making the situation worse. These are important
skills that I will definitely use in my future job.
How these competencies will help me in real life (4 marks)
