Dear Dr Diketsi,
I am writing to ask for support for our library project. Our organisation wants to help people
in Randavell read and learn. We think a library will be a great resource for the community.
We have three main reasons for building a library. Firstly, we want to help people improve
their reading skills. Secondly, we want to support education in the community. Lastly, we
hope to bring the community together through the library.
We kindly ask for donations to help us. We need books, both fiction and non-fiction, two
computers with internet access, bookshelves, and a multifunctional printer. We believe
your support will help us create a vibrant and inclusive library.
Thank you for considering our request.
Best regards,
