ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS.
• This is a Take Home Exam
• You will require a PC, laptop, or tablet. Smartphones can be used to
photograph (scan) handwriten pages and collate into a file for upload.
Smartphones can also be used as Wi-Fi hotspots to create
connec�vity.
• You have 3 hrs. to answer all the required ques�ons and upload the
answer sheet.
• Clearly indicate your student number and all the required informa�on
on the front page of your answer sheet.
• Write your student number on every page of your answer sheet.
• Read each ques�on carefully before you answer and take note of the
mark alloca�on per ques�on to determine how comprehensive your
answer should be.
• Make sure your wri�ng is neat and easy to read.
• Only one submission opportunity will be accepted. The onus is on the
student to ensure the correct document is uploaded.
• Scan, upload your answer sheet. Submission must be done through
myExams ONLY! Any examina�on answer sheet submited to the
lecturer’s e-mail will not be considered and thus will be considered as
‘absent examina�on’.
• Submission of a document on or before the deadline means the
student was present for the exam.
• Failure to submit a completed examina�on answer sheet on or before
the submission deadline will be regarded as absent for this exam
period.
• In placing your student number on the document submited you are
legally indica�ng this is your unaided work. If at any stage of the
, evalua�on it is found that an individual other than yourself compiled
or help prepare the answers the lecturer can insist on confirming your
understanding via video oral examina�on
• Avoiding Plagiarism, make sure you use your own words, any
plagiarism will result in a final mark of ZERO. I will not accept any

what is meant by plagiarism and make sure you do NOT do it.

To submit the take home exam via htps://myexams.unisa.ac.za/portal,
follow the following steps:
1. Access myExams at htps://myexams.unisa.ac.za/portal and login using
your student number and myUnisa password.
2. Go to your specific examina�on site through the site tabs on the
horizontal naviga�on bar. Also check your Sites link in the top right-
hand corner if you do not find the site on the horizontal naviga�on bar.
3. The list of all available assessments in the site will be displayed.
4. Select the assessment for which you want to upload the examina�on
answer file by clicking on the �tle of the assessment in the list. A
new page will open.
5. Submit your examina�on answer file.
