how you have demonstrated each of them within a professional setting.

The first SOE Professional Dispositions and Ethics subject exemplify a Growth Mindset at work. As a
teacher, I will always be dedicated to helping students understand that learning is a gradual process
and assisting them in improving their weakest areas over time. For instance, I have worked with a
student who initially struggled with math but through consistent practice and encouragement, he
eventually excelled in the subject. The second SOE Professional Dispositions and Ethics subject
demonstrates Belonging. I ensure that students know they can approach me with concerns. For
example, a student who was initially hesitant to ask questions in class gradually became more
confident and participative, knowing that his concerns were always welcomed. The students should
feel safe and in a positive environment where they feel acknowledged and valued. This approach
encourages students to confidently express their doubts about class materials or other educational
aspects.
