Section A – Outsourcing needs and expectations
Endothon seeks a vendor who can be crucial in developing a new enterprise resource
planning (ERP) system. This system must seamlessly integrate with our existing infrastructure,
an essential requirement for the project. The project is slated for completion within ten months,
with a budget of $10 million and two years of post-implementation support.
Endothon’s request the needs and expectations to be followed:
- Vendor must be able to provide an ERP system that can integrate into Endothon’s system
- Must have finished and implemented the ERP system within ten months.
- Must meet the budget of $10 million to complete the project.
- The vendor must provide support for up to two years during implementation.
- The vendor will train internal staff for two years post-implementation.
