• Your mark out of 25, will count 80% towards your semester mark.
• Strictly adhere to the length limitation.
• Answer all the questions. Your assignment will not be marked if you do not include answers to
all the questions. All answers should be substantiated with the reference to the most relevant
prescribed sources.
• Your assignment should consist of a maximum of two pages including the Bibliography. Do
not include a cover page, only your name and student number on the top of the first page is
sufficient.
• When you are referring to the Study guide for the first time: S Scott, Property Law Study Guide
(PVL301) (Department of Private Law Unisa, 2016) 10 (the number 10 is the page number).
• Subsequent referencing: Scott, Property Law Study Guide 10 (the number 10 is the page
number).
