The real relationship between Fruit Juice Manufacturers and the 20 portions of land sold to
them before the 6 month lease period expired was one to which the law attached
consequences and was one particular legal relationship between one or more legal subjects and
a thing which include both legal rights and certain unlawful real relationships. In this case the
real relationship between them took on distinctive characteristics with the result that the rights
and duties ensuing from it may vary, in this particular scenario Mr farmer sold 20 portions of his
farming land to Fruit Juice Manufacturers with the agreements that were subjected to a
suspensive condition which was agreed to by Fruit Juice Manufacturers, that should then
suspensive condition not be fulfilled the agreements would be regarded as lease agreements
for a period of 6 months, however the agreements were not fulfilled and Fruit Juice
Manufacturers breached the lease agreement to which Mr Famer had cancelled all agreements.
