Lesson aim: To recognize how and when to apply the past continuous tense and how it can be interrupted.
Lesson objectives:
● Students will be able to understand the past continuous tense for interrupted actions.
● Students will be able to match labels correctly with images on the board.
● Students should be able to identify and apply the different forms of the Past Continuous Tense.

Materials and equipment:
Board, Board pens, paper, projector, pens, pencils, controlled practice Assumed knowledge:
worksheet, image cards, image card labels, pre-stick, ruler, red pen
1) Students already know the past simple and past continuous tenses
Online Material: separately, but not how to use them together in one sentence.
