Legal Opinion on the Constitutionality of the Mandatory Death Penalty in Qwanza



The Association for Lawyers Against Death Penalty (ALADP) is seeking to challenge
the Republic of Qwanza’s mandatory death penalty for murder on behalf of Mr. Ibo. This
