According to Mr Shalen, the CEO of Bestway, the outlets have been very carefully located in or near major shopping areas. Since the beginning of 2015, Bestway employed Mr Edward as the Marketing Developer (he is only 28 years old with no previous experience in management) and Mr Lephogole as the facilities manager.
