1. Marriage Out of Community of Property Without Accrual:
o Each spouse retains separate ownership of their assets and liabilities, both
before and during the marriage. There is no sharing of assets or liabilities upon
dissolution of the marriage.
2. Marriage Out of Community of Property With Accrual:
o While spouses maintain separate estates during the marriage, upon dissolution
(due to divorce or death), the growth (accrual) of their respective estates during
the marriage is calculated and shared equally.
