In recent years, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education has
become more common. Many people argue that AI has made it easier for
students to cheat and be dishonest in their academic work. I believe that while AI
can make cheating easier, it does not necessarily cause dishonesty. Instead, it is

choose to use AI that determines whether it leads to cheating. In this essay, I will
argue that AI can be used positively in education and that the responsibility for
honesty lies with the students and the institutions.
One reason why some people believe AI encourages cheating is that it can
generate essays or answer questions automatically. For example, AI tools like
ChatGPT can write essays or summaries for students, allowing them to submit
work that they did not personally write. This kind of use of AI could lead to
