1. TERMS OF REFERENCE
On 2 February 2025, Mr. Themba, the Manager of Empilweni Youth Club at Origon
College, instructed me, the Club Secretary, to conduct an investigation into the level of
awareness and interest of students at Origon College and neighbouring schools in
sports participation. The investigation also aimed to determine the potential physical
and mental health benefits of sports and how it could contribute to reducing chronic
diseases and obesity among the youth. The report, including findings and
recommendations, is to be submitted to Mr. Themba by 28 February 2025.
