Fiction genre
Because it is a made-up story rather than a factual account. The characters and events
are created by the author, even though they could happen in real life.
It falls under realism rather than fantasy because the events in the story are realistic
and could happen in everyday life. The story deals with real-world themes such as
gender stereotypes, following one's dreams, and perseverance. There are no magical
elements or supernatural occurrences.
The story is written in prose, not poetry or drama. It follows a continuous narrative
structure with paragraphs, dialogue, and descriptions instead of poetic lines or a script
format.
