Part 1
For me personally I think I have very strong communication skills. Working in
a kitchen for a few years you tend to get very use to having to be able to
communicate to your co workers so we can avoid any mix ups. For me I have
been lucky enough to be very good in math and numbers so that has helped
a good amount being able to measure and weigh curtain foods and
ingredients. I think I am a pretty good problem solver, let’s say I added to
much flower in something I was baking instead of restarting their is always a
way to fix something and to solve the problem. Now I do have many skills
that I am good with but there are a few that I could use some help with such
as interpersonal, personal and information management. Those 3 skills are
something I need to improve on and I think George Brown is helping me
improve them each day I attend school, getting to be with people who want
the same goals I do each day helps me want to improve more. Seeing and
hearing about all my professors achievements makes me realize that I need
to focus on my goals but in order to achieve all my goals I need to make sure
I am the best I can be with all the skills I could need. I am pretty good with
personal, information management and interpersonal skills but I could use
more improvement in those rather than the others.
Part 2
the art of successful or impressive speaking or writing, paraphrasing and
other constitution techniques.I would take these skills into comm 1000 and
try to achieve those skills by sharing my ideas in the chat box and ask
questions or speak up in class, listening to the professor, when shown an
article or lesson by the professor I will take notes and listen to the
perspective of the professor or video lectures that are presented in my
classes. We use he”and she” or they” and them” are used to talk about a
