My journey through this module on educational leadership and management has been transformative.
Initially, I viewed educational leadership primarily as an administrative role focused on efficiency and
compliance with policies. However, as I progressed through the module, my perspective evolved to
recognize the multifaceted nature of leadership, which integrates vision-building, inspiring others, and
fostering collaborative cultures.
One of the key insights I gained was the significance of relational leadership. Building trust and cultivating
meaningful relationships emerged as essential elements of effective leadership. Emotional intelligence
