Reviewing the session planning and delivery!
2 Strengths:


I was punctual, which means that I was on time for the
session when I was delivering it, which is good as we did not
waste any time in the session, as we were able to start on
time. Which is a strength because if you think I came late
then I would leave a bad impression and we would have less
time in the session which could later result in not finishing
everything within the session.


Well planned session, I have managed to go through
everything that I wanted with the session plan which I think is
good because I was able to achieve my personal goal and
deliver what I wanted to the participates. Which is a great
achievement as I was able to learn them serving and then
apply it to the game.
2 Areas for improvement:


When I was doing my demonstrations, I was always getting
one person to do it with me, which then ended up leaving
other participates of the session as they were not getting
involved within the session demonstrations. So an area for
improvement would be to step out of demonstration and try
to get other people involved with the demonstration which
will get them in engaged more within the session and help
