• Note that this is a closed-book examination.
• Answer ALL the questions.
1. We accept you have studied and are familiar with the examination rules, but for your convenience
have attached it as Annexure A in case you need to check a rule.
2. Make sure you utilize the Invigilator App.
3. We prefer that you type your exam answers.
4. Indicate the module code and your student number on your answer file.
5. Upload your answer file as a single PDF document and not as a scanned image. Do not password-
protect your PDF file or uploaded as “read only” file. If you haven’t attended the training or studied
the student guidelines, see Annexure B.
6. Start uploading your exam answer file on the myExams platform at the official completion time
(12h00). Should you complete your exam before the official completion time, you could commence
uploading your exam answer file immediately, and do not have to wait for the session to conclude.
The system will close at (South African time).

7. Preview your submissions (answer files) to ensure legibility, that the correct and complete answer
file has been uploaded. You can resubmit if your initial submission is not satisfactory but must do so
before the system closes.
8. If you experience technical challenges (note the queries which are regarded as outside Unisa’s
control in the Examination Rules), you can email the CEDU Support Team
() or the Student Communication Service Centre (SCSC) on 080 000
1870, e-mail , or refer to Get-Help for the list of additional contact
numbers. Only communication received from your myLife account will be considered.
9. After you have uploaded your answer file, upload your evidence on the Invigilator App within 48
hours. If you are experiencing challenges with the Invigilator App, you can WhatsApp the Invigilator
App technical helpdesk on 073 505 8273.
