Procedures Standardization Program is a positive approach to improving
combat readiness and achieving a substantial reduction in aircraft
mishap rates.

NATOPS Defintion and Scope - ANSWER NATOPS manuals are issued

of the Commander, Naval Air Systems Command in conjunction with the

However, no manual can cover every situation or be a substitute for
sound judgment; operational situations may require modification of the
procedures contained therein.
