Establishing Rapport with Ms. Mpho Mokwena
To establish rapport with Ms. Mpho Mokwena before conducting the interview, I will
begin by creating a comfortable and trusting environment that encourages open
communication. First, I will initiate a friendly and respectful greeting, ensuring I
address her formally as Ms. Mokwena to demonstrate professionalism. I will then
express my appreciation for her willingness to speak with me and acknowledge that I
understand how troubling the situation might be for her, especially given the

paper with his banking details, and review company policies regarding employee
conduct and stock management. Additionally, I will familiarize myself with Ms.
