1.2 Psychosocial health describes a state that is constantly changing. It also refers to
a state of mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing that changes

1.3 Psychosocial health can be strengthened or weakened by the following:
• Personal abilities (development of relationships)
• Physical qualities (disabilities or diseases)
• The distribution of material goods
• Social inequality
• Workplace stress and
• Religious/spiritual beliefs
1.4 Psychosocial health strongly relates to resilience. Psychosocial well-being is
