Cold war definition:
● A state of tension between two countries where each side tries to
strengthen themselves while weakening the other side without
becoming a ‘hot’ war where guns are involved. This is used to describe
the conflict of ideologies which existed between Western capitalist
powers (the USA and Britain) and communism (mainly USSR)
