the class, but also how he/she guides you and
interprets your observation of activities in the
class.
Do you know who your mentor is? His/her
experience will influence his/her teaching
philosophy and it will influence the guidance
the mentor gives you while observing.
Make an appointment with your mentor and
complete the following information after
speaking to him/her.
Training as a mentor: You can ask your
mentor about their experience and
training as a mentor, including who
provided the training and whether it was
formal or informal. You can also ask if they
are accredited by any relevant
organizations.
