Ota Benga Ota Benga is a film that was directed by Niyi Coker and Jean Boden in 2018. It is about a Congolese man removed from his African homeland in 1904 and was taken to New York, where he was placed in an animal zoo, caged with other primates. Coker and Boden do a great job portraying how racism affected the Africans and how ignorance can lead to other human beings' monstrous treatment.
