Amongst its pool of workforce are the long serving Kadijela and Magorometsa who for ten years occupied positions of contract supervisors and are reporting to Pekwa, the warehouse manager. One evening, Kadijela and Magorometsa got entangled in an argument regarding the packaging and deliveries of groceries to clients. The argument took place in the presence of clients and some of their colleagues. Kadijela rendered his resignation with immediate effect, however, a day later he retracted it through an email to Pekwa and reported to work. Pekwa is not sure whether to allow Kadijela back into the workplace or not. Discuss whether Kadijela would be successful with the retraction or the withdrawal of his resignation. (10)
