planning. Without clear vison statement, the organisation may not be able
to set clear objectives and goals that makes them competitive. The essay
is based on the case study of Dis- chem and will differentiate between
responsible competitiveness and irresponsible competitiveness and
identify Dis-Chem’s sources of competitive advantage. The paper will also
