QUESTION 2

2.1 Behaviourism Theory - This theory focuses on the mental process. For example,
how we think, remember, or solve a problem. This theory is more about the way how
one thinks. Decision making and memory. “Changes in behaviour are observed, but
only as an indication of what is taking place in the learner’s mind.”

Cognitivism Theory - This theory focuses on the behaviour of a learner or person.
For example, when they behave well, they will get rewarded and vice versa. This
theory is more about explaining things through external behaviour. Teachers can
explain while observing the behaviour of their learners.

2.2 Behaviourism Theory - Observable actions. How they act or react to something.
“Giving immediate feedback, whether positive or negative, should enable your
learners to behave in a certain way.”

Cognitivism Theory - With this theory knowledge are actively build, and memory
increased. Learners learn how to become great at problem solving.

2.3 The following techniques might be used to assist students who are having
trouble finishing their homework or assignments. First, we can customize the
assignment to the specific learning level the student can achieve because not all kids
learn in the same way, some may find it more challenging than others, and not all
students can complete the same amount of work in an assignment. Then, since they
might be quite "sensitive to their learning environment," we can transfer difficult
pupils to make room for them. By demonstrating to my pupils my concern and

, empathy for them as well as my availability to assist with their assignments, I may
inspire them to accomplish them with ease. Trust and strong teacher-student
connections are crucial since it will make them feel more comfortable asking for help
than they would have if they hadn't finished the project.

QUESTION 3

3.1 Lesson planning – A lesson plan is the teacher’s blueprint for what the class will
cover and how it will be done efficiently. After that, you can create instructive
learning exercises and come up with methods for getting feedback on students’
academic progress.

3.2 Informal assessments – an informal assessment is a method of evaluation that is
intuitive and does not include teachers grading or measuring student achievement.
Instead, they concentrate on watching how pupils perform and develop over the
course of their learning period.

Formal assessments – Refers to exams to use methodical, planned measure to
determine whether students have understood the information delivered to them in
class or in other settings.

3.3 Informal assessment (during teaching) – The purpose of formal assessment
during teaching is to identify misconceptions and provide feedback.

Formal assessment (after teaching) – The purpose of formal assessment after
teaching is determine degree of teaching/learning success.

3.4 For us to teach natural science and technology in a way that maximizes
productivity, we as instructors must possess sufficient knowledge of both areas. If we
don't know anything about these topics, we can't impart the best knowledge possible
to our students. Teachers need to be able to distinguish between various
assessment theories, and we also need to understand how assessment and learning
activities are related to one another. We instruct students in a variety of ways, so it is
necessary to evaluate them to determine whether they comprehend the material.
Effective teachers employ several tactics, including non-traditional ones, to help
