as a result of globalization and technological advancements. Consequently, organizational change
affects both employees and businesses. Human potential, individual capabilities, time, and talents
must be managed and developed in order to maximize organizational effectiveness. So, human
resources management (HRM) supports the organization's goals by ensuring that employees are
able to accomplish them.
