- Information processing is a general term that explains cognitive perspective which
assumes that the human mind actively stores information. The process is divided into three
stages which is Input, process, and Output. these processes are interactive and are called
meta-cognitive processes.
Input – Receives information from senses like tactile, hearing, touching, and seeing.
Process – Perception, memory storage and reasoning take place.
Output – Expressed thoughts and action.
