Desde … hace  from till with hours or years but include the article (las/el…). For how long you have
been doing something (sentence starting with a verb).
! Months do not have an article so you can apply this to months

Durante  during
Después/antes de … before/after
Hace + numer of months/weeks/days  … ago
A la … (feminino)  a week/a … (for example: four times a week)
